Privacy Policy

What data the app uses
The app downloads Formula 1 season data (race results, standings, driver and constructor information) from a Firebase Firestore database maintained by the developer. This is a one-way sync: the app only reads data, it never uploads anything about you or your device.
Data stored on your device
The following preferences are saved locally using Apple's standard storage APIs and never leave your device:
- Whether you have completed the onboarding screens
- Your chosen colour scheme (System / Light / Dark)
- Your selected favourite driver or constructor
- A launch counter used to decide when to show the App Store review prompt
- Your Season Pass unlock status
Purchases
In-app purchases (Season Pass and optional tips) are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. The app receives only a confirmation of whether a purchase was completed. No payment details are visible to or stored by the developer.
Third-party services
The app uses Firebase Firestore (by Google) solely to download the season dataset on launch. No analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs are included. Please refer to Google's Firebase privacy documentation for details on how Firebase handles network requests.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to this policy
If the privacy practices of the app change materially, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
